Privacy
This website keeps its data appetite small. There is no tag manager, no pixel, no session recorder, no A/B testing tool and no advertising network. Two things leave your browser, and here they both are. Cloudflare, which carries this site, counts visits with a cookie-less analytics beacon: aggregate page counts and timings, no cross-site tracking, no profile of you. And when you submit a form, what you typed is relayed to us via Telegram's Bot API so we see it promptly. You can confirm all of it in the network tab, which is a better assurance than this paragraph.
Our web server keeps ordinary request logs (IP address, time, path, user agent), because a server that logs nothing cannot be defended against abuse. Those logs are kept for 30 days and are not joined to anything else.
If you send us a website address to score, or email us, we hold what you sent for as long as we are talking, and for six years afterwards if you become a client, because that is how long UK company law requires us to keep business records. In UK GDPR terms the lawful basis is legitimate interests for the server logs, and steps taken at your request before a contract for scores and correspondence. We do not sell it, share it or add it to a mailing list. Under UK GDPR you may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it at [email protected], and you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not satisfied with the answer.
Terms of use
Nothing on this site is advice, a quotation or a warranty. Sending an enquiry, and any reply to one, creates no client relationship; that begins with a signed contract and nothing else.
The words, images and code on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to view the source, learn from it and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own work.
Client work is governed by the contract we sign with that client, not by this page. In every one of those contracts, the client owns the code, the domain and the hosting account at the end of the project.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
